“Communicating With Clients: The Importance of Strong Contracts & Policies” is the name of the webinar I will be offering on Tuesday, August 9th at 8:30pm Eastern time.
It’s often not the child that is the problem; it’s the parents! This one hour webinar will help you communicate with parents about your business so that they will follow your contract and policies. This webinar will cover:
- The key elements of all contracts
- What to include in your policies
- What to put in your contract so parents will never leave owing you money
- What you should know before you sign a contract with a parent
Participants can ask me questions during the webinars and will receive a copy of the power point and handouts after the webinar.
The webinar costs $25 and is 100% tax deductible. They are recorded, so you can listen to it later if you can’t attend live. To participate in the webinar you must be a member of the National Association for Family Child Care. You can join here.
These webinars are part of a monthly webinar series I conduct in partnership with the National Association for Family Child Care.
