Webinar August 10th: Communicating with Clients: The Importance of Strong Contracts and Policies

For many family child care provider, it’s not the child that is the problem; it’s the parents!

My next webinar is on Communicating with Clients: The Importance of Strong Contracts and Policies. It will be held on Thursday, August 10th, starting at 8:30pm and lasting for one hour.

This webinar will help you communicate with parents about your business so that they will follow your contract and policies. This webinar will cover:
• The key elements of all contracts
• What to include in your policies
• What to put in your contract so parents will never leave owing you money
• What you should know before you sign a contract with a parent


The cost for the webinar is $25 if you are a member of the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) or $40 if you are not. Go here to join NAFCC.

Certificates of attendance are sent to participants after the webinar is over. Check with your licensor to see if the webinars qualify for training credit in your area.

Participants will receive a copy of the webinar power point and handouts. You have the chance to talk directly to Tom during the webinar.

The webinar will be recorded so you can view it later if you can’t attend the live broadcast.
