One of the toughest jobs of a family child care provider is enforcing their rules with parents.
Your contract and policies may be clearly written, but sometimes parents don’t follow all of your rules. Then what?
My webinar, “Dealing With Difficulties: Enforcing Your Contract and Policies”, will address this issue. It will be held Wednesday, September 13th at 8:30pm Eastern Time.
This webinar will help you enforce both with the least amount of stress for you and the parents. This webinar will cover:
• How to establish consequences for parents who don’t follow your rules
• How to negotiate changes in your contract and policies with parents
• When and how to end your contract
• How to collect from a parent: small claims court or a collection agency?
The cost for the webinar is $25 if you are a member of the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) or $40 if you are not. Go here to join NAFCC.
Certificates of attendance are sent to participants after the webinar is over. Check with your licensor to see if the webinars qualify for training credit in your area.
Participants will receive a copy of the webinar power point and handouts. You have the chance to talk directly to Tom during the webinar.
The webinar will be recorded so you can view it later if you can’t attend the live broadcast.
