Highlights from Chapter I: How I got started in the family child care field, why I'm an introvert, and more!

To mark my retirement this May, I've created five videos called, "Tales from the Road with Tom Copeland." They describe the fun and troubles I encountered from being on the road for much of my career. Here's a summary of each video.

Chapter I: How I Got Started - My early years in a child care agency and how I decided to work on the business side of family child care.
