It looks like I will show a loss in my first year of business. Should I be concerned about this?

Probably not. It's not unusual to show a loss in your first year because of low enrollment and large start-up expenses (equipment, repairs, toys, supplies, etc.). You want to show a profit three out of every five years to reduce the chances of an IRS audit.
